Return Policy
- Order Cancellation: We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes issues arise. Whether due to a fault, damage, or simply a change of mind, our customer service team is here to assist you. You have the right to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched or within 30 days of receiving them. To cancel, please notify us via email or in writing. Email is preferred to ensure prompt communication. Please note that personalized or custom-manufactured items cannot be canceled.
Cancellation and Return of Goods: If you decide to return items within 30 days of receipt, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We cannot accept or refund damaged items.
- Return of Faulty Goods Received: Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect all products. Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will advise on the next steps, which may include arranging collection, return, or disposal of the goods. Please do not dispose of goods without our instruction. If returning goods, please include a receipt for any postage costs incurred for a full refund. Damaged goods reported within 30 days are subject to statutory rights.
Please note: Faulty goods will be tested by manufacturers. If faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse, warranty will be voided, and no refund or replacement issued.
- Warranty & Guarantees: All products come with a minimum 12-month Manufacturer's Guarantee. Contact us if your product develops a fault during this period. Different manufacturers have different procedures; we will assist you accordingly. Please note that faulty goods will be tested, and warranty voided if faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse
